Delivery time varies between 4 and 7 business days from the date your order is received. All prices on our website are in Turkish Lira (TL).

RETURNS

Digital Products

Digital products (e-books, online courses, workshops, etc.) cannot be returned as they are delivered immediately and are custom-made. There is no right of withdrawal for these products.

Personalized Canvas Design Paintings

Our paintings are completely custom designed with photos or inputs from our customers. For this reason, returns are not accepted. However:

• If the product is damaged during shipping, we can send you a new product if you provide proof of this. It is important to keep a record with the courier during shipping.
• If you request a refund after your painting has been designed but before the printing process has begun, a 15% processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount and your refund will be reflected in your account within 5 business days.

Framed Products

If your framed product is damaged during shipping, you can send it back to us with our contracted shipping code and carefully packaged. We will renew your frame and send it back to you. If the package we sent you or a similar package is not used, the shipping fee will be the customer's responsibility.
